Trading Flippula + Franzen can get us quite a bit. People underestimate Franzens value he has a low cap hit for his production and is known around the league as being a beast in the playoffs. Flippula idk if he's worth trading seeing as he's a UFA.

To free up Money for Getzlaf and Perry. Ducks aren't going to let one of their franchise players walk just for 1 single shot at the cup. I do agree that Franzen has more value than Flippula

Package deal for bobby Ryan. It's hard to say how valuable Flippula is to other teams. I just know I'd like a move, were stagnant keeping Flippula and going nowhere but down.

Pekke Rinne has to be the most overrated goalie ever

Tatar looks poised with the puck and makes smart moves. Babcocks moves this season have been baffling. When your powerplay, penalty kill and preparation are terrible 3 years in a row the coach has to go. The team is mentally fragile and it's embarrassing, that's on the coach. Isn't he the highest paid coach in the NHL?

A game like that will turn things around for the wings though... Playing like s*** then a spark gets lit and gets carried over Datsyuk was unreal though I was blown away throughout the game by him
