Tie breaker is the season series against the team so Boston would get it. Nobody should be rooting for the Sens to win -
Taking a stupid penalty right after we go up 2-0 was huge too. Ughh we were so close to getting the puck out of the zone before that PP goal too. Then the 3rd goal is inexcusable with 2 minutes left, we had no chance

They just about played the perfect game or as good an effort as we're capable of. You can't take a penalty right after a goal it kills us everytime. Then we weren't as sharp but that 3rd goal is unacceptable.

I don't even know what to say. Deserved at least a point. That's how a goalie loses you games. Feel bad for the kid though but that L was all on him

Yeah, shootout was frustrating but we had no business in that game at all That's what I was thinking of today. For how much we complain about goaltending, I can't remember a season where our goaltenders stole so many undeserved points for us. Goaltending was one of our biggest strengths for the majority of the season I'd say.

You would rather play Gus than Mraz and Howard? Mrazek just stole us a point in his last start. Cut him some slack.

Even when he's off his game he's still solid defensively and rarely turning the puck over. I do think he'll retire in the next 4 years though

Howard was a big factor in beating Anaheim but I agree he's not often outplaying the opposing goaltender i.e Niemi

Well Mrazek has pot full of good faith after Jimmy (who was stellar before injury) emptied his bag of tricks and embodies everything that's terrible about this stretch of hockey

Sucks we play tomorrow so Babs probably plays Jimmy. Otherwise I think Mrazek would get the next start. If Jimmy has a good game then we're right back where we started with the goalie controversy
