I know he skated, and I agree he is a good player. The problem is he hasn't really been pushing himself when he's been skating, so I hope he will be back soon, but I'm not anticipating anything yet.

Supermodel was drunk, and obviously has no self worth. Nanny wasn't. either way brodeur shouldn't have said squat, but my disdain for Avery makes me side with Marty.

Their year to win the pga tour maybe... They got 23 guys competing, Lord knows they gotta be better at golf.. but they could be winning and bogey the last 5 holes and end up not winning a penny

Exactly, he wasn't very good in those two games, either way not an accurate measurement. The wings couldn't just assume a rookie would be that good and not sign a legitimate second line center

True. Holland did offer him 3 years at $2.25/year originally though, so that's on him, don't understand why Cleary would turn that offer down though If that is the make it or break it game, we either play the best game we've ever played, or st. Louis beats us

I'd like to know who you propose we call up. None of our dmen are nhl ready, and now definitely is not the time to test them out. At best they would be 3rd pair, and that still wouldn't help us out.

Actually Boston, Tampa, and the blues are all games they might actually win. For some reason they can't beat the bad teams and have trouble with bubble teams, but they can beat good teams...

Got a second opinion from the doctor, same as the first doctor prognosis. Holland said they are going to have him push through pain in practice and see how it goes. -
meh, poor acting, they try and force jokes, the only amusing part as others have mentioned is the fact that he is always wearing a full wings getup, complete with protection stick and skates.

Franzen on the fourth line is ridiculous, I understand your disdain with him, but he is still valuable in the top 6, good for 25-30 goals. When your team lacks offense you don't cut the ice time of one of the few guys who can score. -
