This is wrong, Howard has played 3 seasons in detroit, and he is in his 4th season now. Before he was our starter he played a total of 9 games over 3 seasons with 1 win. So since 2009-2010 Howard has 115 wins 196 games, I don't know where you got your stats, but mine look better then Cheveldae and legacy by a longshot

As much as I feel bad that they got screwed like that, there is still no guarantee they would have won, and I couldn't care less if they miss they miss the playoffs by a point, especially if that point they miss it by is our point. We as wings fans are supposed to hate Nashville, but that isn't my reasoning for not caring, it's more the fact that they beat us 4-1 last year, and Rinne seems to stand on his head when they play us, so I would rather face a team like Colorado, Phoenix, or Dallas more then Nashville in the Playoffs.

it's true anderson has been having a good season thus far, but to say he is better then howie is a stretch, he has been very inconsistent over his career and has never put up nubers as good as howie in a full season

LMAO, Fasth has played 9 NHL games and that somehow makes him a better goalie than Howie? Lungquist JUST started playing well, he had a terrible start to the season. Luongo and Brodeur are playing well, and who the hell is Emmerson?

I agree, I wasn't a huge fan of bringing sammy back when they signed him, but after watching him I am liking the signing.He controls the puck well, he is responsible defensively, he's a big body and he likes to shoot. after a couple games he will be back in game shape and shouldn't have a problem hitting the net
