    It's still the transition from Babs to Blash. Our new coach is only 18 games in the NHL. Of course our team doesn't look as well rehearsed as under Babs yet. And don't forget that we had games under Babs that were equally devastating, I argue even more so as we looked much more passive than under Blashill. Give him and the players some time before you see the sky fall.

    Shot.....wide, shot......wide, shot......wide. They play great in the third, but their inability to hit the net is really frustrating.

    Thank you for that post.To be fair, the Bruins don't play lights out. It were our mistakes that let to these goals. But I agree, the Sky isn't falling and if a few bounces here and there had gone the Wings way it would be 2:2 or even 2:1 now. Edit : Posts were merged, with the part below the above might read sarcastically. It's not meant to be. Helm not able to pull the trigger and falls down instead. At this point it's almost comedy.

    Looks like we go through one of those stretches in which our opponent can score as they wish while we struggle to score on open nets.

    I don't think it's that easy. Players have to decide in split seconds what to do and if you are used to a different system. One will very easily make a play that looks dumb because they were used and taught to have the other players at that spot the last 10 ten years. We make sloppy plays sometimes, no doubt. But I don't think it is only because the players are lazy or inept or something. Scary PK so far.

    Yep, something is still not clicking on Blashills system. Nothing unusual though with only 17 games under a new coach.

    They are playing not that bad, we had phases when we pressured them, they had phases when they were pressuring us.But it was still kind of a meh period.

    Too many unforced turnovers tonight. One of those will bite us back if we keep giving Boston the puck that easily.
