That was ugly. The good thing is we have two periods to recover. And we were not playing worse, they just perfectly executed a likewise perfect play and we got caught on a bad linechange. We just need to play our game. Let's GO Wings.

Dang, you beat me to it. By the way, during the time McGrattan spoke I saw no rats in my apartment. Coincidence ? I think not. All humor aside, it must be pretty hard for those guys. From one day on the other your no longer needed. But if you watch clips like the the Carcillo clip from yesterday, you remember it's a good thing that enforcers are no longer used. In the end even for the enforcers themselves.

Yikes indeed. It's heartbreaking to watch and read and simply mindboggeling how an orgianisation like the NHL or the Franchises with all their specialists and money do so little to care for their players after they left the rink. Money is certainly not a problem for those players, but there are other things the league could provide.

I just watched Coopers press conference. He was claiming that the game depended on a lucky bounce we got on the Datsyuk goal and they on the other side didn't get, calling it a "game of inches". If thats the message he is sending into the Bolts locker room good for us, because they will loose the series then. While we certainly had our fair share of luck yesterday, but we also outplayed and outworked them. It sounds like he is a little too sure of his team, let's hope they have to pay for it.
