Sens remaining schedule looks far to easy for my taste. Only tough game is NYR, and maybe the slumping Pens. Otherwise it's a cakewalk compared to ours and Bostons.

I've voted for a pretty conservative 2-3 + Wildcardspot. I think that's the realistic worst case scenario. But it is entirely possible of not likely that they end up in third place. Ottawa and Boston are both at hot streaks atm while we are at a very cold one. Streaks have end at sometime. I know there are only a few games left, but I don't see Ottawa and Boston staying that hot while the Wings staying that cold during the final stretch. -

A little bit, but he also had two defensive players doing practically nothing to prevent that goal. I blame it therefore more on them than on Mrazek. Thats a little bit too simple for my taste. There is a huge difference between the first two goals and the third.

It might be a little overstretch to say that but see it this way : His fault on the two goals before was minimal if not existent and still kept us in the game up until that point. Or asked differently : Would you agree that Mrazek played a decent third if the Wings won it 2:1 ?

We probably just got used to it. Which tells more about the state of the team right now than anything else.....

No one's arguing that. But it's far too easy and wrong to blame this whole blow up on Mrazek. Especially after the over-overloading of our defense at the first goal. I'd say Mrazek still had a decent third. Our D not so much.

I don't think this loss is on Mrazek. Sure, third goal is a stinker, but he saved our asses many times before that happend. He was also hung out dry at least at the first goal, arguably at the second too. 1st and 2nd period tells me this is all about confidence. We need to find a way to rebuild it. Great teams are made by situations like these. Guess we will find out if the Wings are pretty soon.
