    With inflation running high as hell there won't be much profit from other sources like Ad-Revenue tickets or merchandise either. Who buys tickets to a hockeygame when you are struggling paying for basic things like rent and food ?

    I'm much more concerned about that than about the SO-loss. The amazing thing is that despite this drought the Wings somehow managed to get 3 points out of these games.

    I guess this is footage from Eakins explaining his coaching then : The last thing the Oilers need right now is more respect and awe for their former success. Eakins had the right idea even if this action may have been a little bit too blunt.

    Not necessarily. We need capspace first before we can even dream about Green. But I agree, it seems highly unlikely that the Caps give us Green for just a 2nd-rounder.

    I really want the Wings to face the Leafs in the Playoffs and sweep them. Only problem might be the Leafs making the playoffs.

    It's not that we play lights out tonight and only have the refs stopping us. If we lose this the Wings have only themselves to blame.
