not really what we need, but one of our guys our of waiver options plus a late pick should have got it done.. if holland continues to do nothing im fearing us missing the playoffs for the first time in my life (not that i even like hemsky) Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie 15m That's a 3rd in 2015 and a 5th in 2014 for Hemsky. I don't mean to suggest that Tats or Gus are going to be anywhere close to as good as Pavel or Henrik but it seems that people overlook the fact that they are both on pace to have very similar statistical rookie years to the Eurotwins. This is true despite what many would argue is a much less talented Red Wings team now than it was earlier in the decade. Just an observation, something to think about

Another thing, we are hyped about Brunner but how many other wings do you guys think would have actually scored that shot?

Not worried about Franzen effecting Brunner simply because Brunner actually appears to enjoy hockey... Sometimes I feel like mule is just doing it cause he can't do much else. Just look how Brunner reacts, he loves scoring goals

I'm new to posting but I figured since I'm always on here why not... Does anyone else get the vibe off Brunner that he's really grateful to be living the dream, he looks pumped and he plays with passion every shift. I really think more wings players need half his enthusiasm. Love what Brunner brings to the team, and that shot...wow
