So basically according to that stat, Mrazek has sucked so the team bails him out and Howard is great so the team doesn't put in as much effort. Someone needs to read them that stat in the locker room and slap it in their faces. Ok that's what I was saying in the conflict thread 2 weeks ago. Goalie A bailed out by more scoring vs Goalie B not bailed out but performs better. Which one would people rather have as their goalie.

Pretty sure most of the people at JLA either wear a Zetterberg jersey or a Howard one or Lidstrom/Yzerman. Lately Larkin's got some fans. Datsyuk used to be a close second in popularity but I was surprised to see the drop in #13 jerseys at the JLA this year..

That's a good point. Blashill is most likely trying to protect his job. He could give two s***s about Howard or Mrazek at this point and wants the guy who can get him the wins.

TheAxe/Bill Berzeench likes young players. He thought Cory Emmerton aka Emdog was the next best center back then, thought AA was going to be a top center last year and now thinks Svech can be top 6.

With our luck. We suck this year, get a high draft pick and it's not even a good draft year. Or. We end up bottom of the league. Are in lottery for #1 pick but end up losing out on the lottery to Buffalo who get #1 while we get #2 Anyways, not a good year to suck imo.

Well even when Holland said Petr is the #1 guy but he also specifically said that he doesn't want/ expect Mrazek to play 70 games. I don't think Blashill ever said Mrazek is the starter, I could be wrong though. I think the whole "Mrazek is #1 and should play 70 games" is something people here at LGW.com made up and/or fantasized. No where did they say Mrazek is the definite number 1 AND will play an overwhelming majority of games. I think they just teased the idea that he's the number 1 moving forward. I believe Jimmy Howard was the only other one who confirmed this. Unless I have my story mixed up.
