Why can't we just give the credit to Zetterberg for turning Abdelkader into a goal scorer? People always give Crosby credit for turning players into great wingers. Give credit to Thornton for turning wingers into god mode. But nah not Zetterberg. Lets give Babcock the credit. Abby scores more goals when Zetterberg is his centerman. Even more so than when Datsyuk centered Abby in 2013. So can we just agree at the very least that Z and Abby have great chemistry? Babcock never intended Abby to be a goal scorer. He was just the "piano mover" Thats it.

Some of the player introductions at the opener last night in case you didn't get to see it. Highlights - Pav skating on ice Crowd went wild for Larkin. Z and D had a badass fist pump.

Pav has the best hands in the game. Z... he's got the best legs. Dude's done the soccer pass trick at least a dozen times in his career. Ofcourse this is hockey and not soccer so no one really pays attention Yea I noticed it too, pretty subtle.

To me it was typical stern guy nervous/shy response. You can tell the guy was way out of his comfort zone in that quote. Also green was okay. Could be better. Hopefully will be as he builds chemistry with team.
