For Sureee.He'll probably end up in the top six wherever he ends up, and our luck he'll end up scoring thirty goals the next few years when we could've had him for a decent price now. Ha. -

I'd be ecstatic if we ended up getting Werenski...Maybe well get luck and hell stay at Michigan the next three years, then refuse to sign with his team, become a UFA and hell sign here to play with Larkin. They're supposedly really good friends.

well probably trade back a few picks and pick up a second, and if kylingtons still there I'd be ecstatic... There seems to be a lot of people who are really high on him. If Kyle Connor is still available at 19(unlikely) do you guys think we should ignore our need for high end d and take him? I've seen a few mock drafts that have him falling into the 20s somehow. Thank you.

He's a third line winger now, granted one that can put up 20 goals, but like you said, with weiss theres no way, plus with the logjam we already have at forward, his age, and what it would cost to get him I don't think he's worth it.I have a feeling wed have to send them a decent defenseman, and a decent young forward... Both cost controlled, along with a decent pick. -

A bunch of ducks fans were saying that wiz isn't their worst defenseman, it was all about having a good fit with fowler, which apparently despres(I think) was much better with him than wiz. And I don't think nosek has as much value as he holds to us. He really helped in grand rapids this year, he's still young, and he's a pretty damn good play maker... I think he could be a really good 3rd line c, he's got good upside... He said other than someone who could win a big game...

The only way I'd be okay with giving up mantha for phaneuf is if we made other moves, just bringing him in isnt worth the trouble. Yes, he'd make us better for a few years, and take some of the physical strain away from Kronwall, but why would we want them declining together.... It seems counterproductive. If they retain 2mil, I'd be more accepting of it. -
