I've been playing hockey since I was about about 5 or 6. I still play it from time-to-time. I was never able to join an iced hockey team which is something that I have always wanted to do, but I've been on roller hockey teams which was fun and I usually got some big roller hockey games going up at this church with some friends of mine. For a while all I would play is goalie, but I usually play any position now. I think my strongest position is when I play left wing. I am still hoping to get on an iced hockey team soon.

That's absolutely sickening. You may not like an athlete, but to wish a severe injury upon him, I think you got some problems. I don't care for him either, but I don't want to see him go out with a bad knee injury like that. He's a great defensemen that plays with an edge. There is no reason why you should an injury upon any athlete. Noone deseerves that.

I wasn't on here very much throughout the season. It waas mainly due to work, but also got caught up in some other things. I still watched games when I was able too. I'm already upset hockey season is over. I can't belieive the Ducks won... god damnit! Oh well. Hopefully next year will be better.

Too bad Dallas didn't win! West Detroit vs SJ: Detroit in 6 Anaheim vs Vancouver: I hope Vancouver takes it to them, but I don't know..it's going to be a good series. I'm saying Anaheim in 6 but I hope I'm wrong. East Buffalo vs NY Rangers: Buffalo in 5 Ottawa vs NJ: NJ in 6

Wow....it's good to think positive, but come on, man. Don't you think this post is a LITTLE biased? What I'm getting from this is pretty much NONE of San Jose's star players even really compare to Detroit. We beat them in every aspect of the game, etc. I don't know about that....we have good defense, but I think Thornton and Marleau are going to be hard to contain. I'm not being a pessimist either, just speaking the truth.

I really don't understand why people are worried about this series. Now don't get me wrong, I don't think it's going to be a cakewalk for us, not by any means. The way we played against Calgary really impressed me. They played somewhat physical and just played all-around great hockey compared to the past couple post-season Cup runs. With Bertuzzi healthy, that's going to be another asset to our team because we're going to need a guy like him out there against this Sharks club. We've got some rest and come Thursday we'll be ready to play. The only thing that worries me is the Shark's offense. They got a lot of star players up front. If they get their PP going, we could be in a bit of trouble, IMO. Nabokov vs Hasek should be interesting, too. Overall, I think it's going to be an entertaining series. I'm thinking 5 or 6 games to settle this. In the end, the Wings will come out victorious! Let's go Wings!!!

Yesterday was a great game, so this one is going to be even better. I'm thinking it's going to be one phyisical battle to the end. Hopefully the Wings can just come out strong and apply lots of pressure early on. If they can silence the crowd early, we could be in good shape. I think it's going to be a close one. 4-3 Wings win. LETS GO WINGS!!!!!!

What a load of s***. I was working until 10pm last night, so I missed the first game. From the sounds of it though, the Wings played very well, so that was good to hear. Kipprusoff was doing the best he could to make saves. Glad we got a W but I definitely wouldn't get too worked up about it. We need to come out Sunday ready to play and come out strong like they did in the first game. That game I'll be able to watch! GOOO WINGS!

When they interviewed him, he seemed ready and anxious to play, but at the same time nervous after not playing for quite a while due to surgery AND dressed up in the Winged Wheel. Overall I think he played just fine. Throwin' his body around crashing the net, etc. That move he pulled in the shootout totally had Norenna beat just got the puck up a bit too high. Oh, and it was quite funny when Cheli shot the puck up and caught him under the chin. "Cheli, we're on the same team now!"

Damn, it seems I missed one hell of a game. I had to work until 10 pm. Glad to hear Ozzie played well. At least we got the "W"!

It'd definitely be nice to have him play in such a crucial game, however you don't want to take any chances at a star player getting injured even more with the playoffs right around the corner. I think it'd be best to not let him come back until he is 100% healthy.

Damn that was impressive!! Not only did he back-hand it with one hand into the top right-hand corner, but the left one as well. I'm sure he isn' the only player to do that while messing around, but that was a badass video to see nonetheless. Thanks for sharing!

Holy s***! That is nuts!! Totally uncalled for on Simon's part. The game was TIED for crying out loud. Simon laid on on the ice for a second like it was a dirty hit. That hit was totally clean. There's NO excuse why he did that. Definitely should be out for at least the rest of the season. Wow...that was just sickening seeing that in slow-motion. Totall classless.

It's been a while since I've been on here...but wow! I can't believe Holland F-I-N-A-L-L-Y got what we need. We were lacking this kind of size for so long. This is perfect! So, dish me up a nice size plate of crow...I'm quite hungry, so....gimmie some!!! Its about time, Kenny!

All I really have to say is that if he does end up back in Detroit, it sure as hell better not be 5M, that will just be outrageous. He definitely does not deserve that money and while I like the guy, IMO, I think we should let him go. Like I said though, if he comes back, fine, but not at 5M. NO WAY!

I'd take him over Belfour, that's for damn sure! Since we might be trading for him, I'd be willing to give up Drapes for him. Maltby would be even better. Guess we'll have to see what happens..

Edit: And the "sunglasses" everyone finds neat, mainly because they actually aren't sunglasses. They are my actual eye glasses, but when I go outside and it's sunny, they darken up like that, hahah,

Well, just chimin' in here -- I posted one a little while back but I absolutely hated it. Here's another one(more recent) I was being a goofball. That was in my neighborhood. My god, I live in teh GHETTO.!!!

That game last night was crazy. I thought they really were going to lose, but at the same time, I was thinking about how many come-from-behind wins they got with last second shots from players like Billups and Rip! I was a bit surprised when Rip made it, though, because it looked(to me at least) he was off balance. Regardless, they got the win. Nice job Pistons!

This weather here in MI is absolutely nuts -- especially yesterday. It was soo nice out and sunny then when I got off work it was wet, sticky snow. Very windy and cold, too. I hate it!!! Then again, that's how it is here in MI. I was watching the news earlier and they said more snow to come up north, but it's going to be very cold the next few days...
