Well, after thinking about it, I've finally decided I am going to post a picture of me. That throw Big Ben did was just horrible. I wouldn't call it lucky that he got that. Ben WAY underthrew that ball and was a clear-cut pick-off.

I was watching some post-game stuff after the game and it was great to see Bettis soo happy. I'm not very surprised, but he really made it sound like he will be done playing football now. Jarome said something like - "The Bus made it's stop in Detroit...and it will be his last", along with a few other comments. They also interviewed his mom and the reporter asked if she was disappointed in him not scoring a TD. He played a great game and they ended up winning, although that would've been nice for him to do, and his family to see, I really doubt it's that sad that he didn't. Oh well...great game, yet again. Best of luck to Bettis and whatever he chooses to do now since he's done with football....

I must say, overall that was an entertaining game, despite the questionable calls for Pittsburgh, but I think the key to that game was defense. It wasn't really high-scoring, but the game seemed to open up in the 2nd half. The call I really didn't like was the Rothlisberger TD... Like I said though - props to both team's D. Pittsburgh just wanted it more, obviously. Seattle was a bit confused before the first half was over when they had Hasselbeck call an aduible and whatnot. They didn't know what they were doing then, then costing them like what, 10 seconds off the clock? What a waste! I wasn't too impressed with Stevens -- I thought he was going to have a better game than that. It seemed like Hasselbeck would throw him the ball and he would mis-read it. He made what, like 1 solid reception? Oh well. Nice game. Very entertaining and congrats to Pittsburgh and Bettis on winning the Super Bowl!

A lot of Steelers fans on here it seems, or at least, wanting them to win. I really think some of you are underestimating the Seahawks. They have no real big names on D, but it's been getting the job done. Another great thing about them is their height. That could be used as an advantage against Pittsburgh come Sunday. I think the key to whoever wins this game is defense. Both QB's are going to have to be aware of what's going on out on the field. Hopefully Hasselbeck will be prepared and plays a solid game on Sunday. Let's go Seahawks!

It's exactly 1 week from today the big game is...I'm so excited! I get off work at 2pm and then I'm going to a Super Bowl party with some friends to watch the game. It should be a great game. Hopefully the Seahawks come out strong and come out on top. Let's go Seahawks!

Good: The Canucks beat the Avs last night 4-3 in a shoot-out. Bad: I have to work in 2 hours.

God, yet another great win by the Pistons. They were down late in the 4th and what happens? Their defense turns it around and they win. Big Ben with a few key blocked shots and rebounds and then Chauncey fillin' the 3's. That was just great! Will they ever slow down????

Alright, I'm not the biggest basketball fan, but when I saw this on the bottom of ESPN 2's info bar, I was very surprised. Was anyone else? Was it a move to get teams moving, or Artest fed up with the Pacers, or what? IMO, this deal was great for Indiana in the long run. Peja is great. Thoughts? Artest delt to Kings for Stojakovic

Hope you have fun at the game!!! Anyway, I'm not surprised that Manny is supposed to start again. Legace wants the starting job, so Babs is giving him all he can handle. Soon he will faulter and then it will show Ozzie is our starter and the one that should've been a while ago... Hope we can come out with a lot of intesity and stay out of the box. With 41 shots we need to get more than 2 friggen' goals past Vokoun!! Hopefully that'll happen... No predictions - just hoping for a Wings victory... Let's go Wings!

The Colts sure as hell didnt deserve to win the game. They got mauled by a better team. The Colts didnt deserve to lose by 3. It should have been a much wider spread. Thank the refs for making it close. I hate to agree with you, but its the truth. The Steelers outplayed the colts from the opening kickoff. Steelers should have won the game by 2 touchdowns. Not sure however if that call was the WORST call in pro sports history. The "no goal" cup winning goal by Brett Hull over the Buffalo Sabres or the Miami "pass interference" call in overtime over Ohio State....those were all worst calls. The call would have been much much worse had the Steelers lost that game....er, the refs won the game for the Colts (sorry gowingsgo). I don't see how Denver can stop the Steelers...or any team for that matter. The Steelers have the playoff experience to win it all. They are on a huge roll, winning 6 straight I believe, and playing better than any team right now. The Lions are going to have to wait a long time before they can announce Russ Grimm as their new head coach. Steelers win Super Bowl XL! Oh by the way, now that I have offically put my stamp on what team will win the Super Bowl.....you can now take all of your money and bet it against my pick. My picks are NEVER right. (sorry gowingsgo) I don't know...the Steelers are going to have to play a great game, and overcome stats. I know stats aren't everything, but the Broncs are undefeated when at home in the playoffs(I think that's what it is) and the Broncos also have the Steelers number. So, we'll have to see how it all plays out. It's going to be a tough game, but I'll be rooting for the Broncs. As for Seattle/Carolina -- that should be interesting. Seattle is undefeated at home, but Carolina has playoff experience. They won two games in a row a couple years back after beating the Eagles in the playoffs and they had played one other team in their stadium and won too. Should be good..hopefully Seattle comes out and plays hard!

The Pits-Den game should be very interesting. I don't care for Pittsburgh much(never have) so I'm hoping Denver can take it to 'em. It's going to be tough though stopping Bettis. Should be a very interesting game! Go Denver and go Seattle!

Now it's: Denver-Pitsburgh Seattle-Carolina I am hoping Seattle takes it. Alexander has had an oustanding year and I think it'd top it off with a Super Bowl victory. With that said...go Seattle! I think it's going to be Denver-Seattle in the Super Bowl. Should be interesting. Again, let's go Seattle!!!

I know. I am just saying I wouldn't throw Steve Smith out on the field during punt returns for that reason. I am not by any means saying that the bears have no class. No, you didn't, but in sense you did. Saying for them to send some low totem pole guy out there to kill Carolina's player, that's no class. Though that wouldn't happen, for you to even say something like that, that's low class. No reason for comments like that.
