Shero may have improved his team by adding a big defenseman, but he have yet to address their biggest problem (come playoff time) - goaltending... I doubt he has any resources left to accomplish this task, however....

the only thing that bothers me before this game is whether whitehas found better, stronger stick that wont fail on him dispatching the puck from behind the net. other than that we are all good. -

Last time I checked these two were getting their lifetime goals and assists. Players have places where they could go, and many actually went to explore these places. Now, tell me about Detroit Red Wings or Toronto Maple Leafs or any other NHL team. Where is these can go to earn their goals and assists? You guys massively misunderstood the situation. As well as an author of the funny picture above misunderstsood it. Unions bring FEHR, not Bettman. Feel the difference.

(a) You must've forgotten that was Uncle Gary who suggested to start negoting a new agreement more than a year ago. It were Fehr brothers who refused to negotiate anytime before All-Star game. (b) Uncle Gary represents businesses who rightfully authorized him to negotiate. If you doubt his ability to negotiate, call Mr. Ilitch and all other 28 owners (who are businessmen themself) and demand to relieve Uncle Gary from his duties.

suter's rant is a very good indication that a few players understand what NHL is actually proposing. and also, which is much more important, this is an indication that union and its leaders have never been interested in educating its members.
