I totally get your point, and never tried to diminished or justify what happened in the particular case you mentioned. I'm a dog lover as well, and refuse to believe the APBT reputation. when I was growing up dobermans and rottweilers were the demons of the dog family. Apparently the dogs I love take a lot of heat. one is a Xolo (hairless) and it's always the same about how ugly they are, people on the street are just the worst, making stupid and malinformed comments about him. and the other dogs I love one is a staffordshire and the other a pit bull. the staffie we took from a pound, she was scheduled to be put to sleep and we helped her out and found her a good home. The pit is a stray i took in last week, and both are the most loving dogs I've ever had contact with. Anyways, I think chihuahuas might be the most temperamental and most likely to have crazy outbursts, but you know, they are so small...
