Troy is like 25 -30 min drive away, so no, it's not within walking distance. I went to Sterling heights by bus, which is close by, and it was almos t a 2 hour trip. If you want to get Red Wings stuff I highly recommend going to Fanatic U they have a 40% in store discount this week and a bunch of cool stuff, so you could go to their main store in Garden city, there's even a mall relatively close by so you can kill two birds with one stone there.
