I agree with you, and the thing is that most arenas ar multipurpose, so it would be really difficult to shut down to do all the necessary adjustments. I don't know how long it would take to adapt the cooling systems to the bigger size I found this cool time lapse

No I haven't, I yet have to attend a Red Wings game. I had some chances in Anaheim, LA and Vancouver (I even went to the American Airlines center ribbon cutting in Dallas) but I made the decision to attend my first game in Detroit. I've noticed that whenever the Wings are down on the score the Joe empties, and sometimes they even turn the score around...sometimes

I keep getting boggled about these consecutive sellouts. Is the Joe haunted or can ghosts be ticket holders as well? They keep saying it but there see to be a lot of empty seats on the stands.

This is a big discussion as of late and there are mainly two positions on the goalie issue with bigger nets or smaller equipment and I believe none is the answer . I agree with Scotty Bowman's opinion of moving the blue line closer to net and shrink the zone. The problem with more ice space is that still the defence will clog the slot, you might have a lot of space around but still a lot of traffic in front.

I think the team played pretty well and had boston on their backs with Gustavsson keeping them on the game, we just couldn't finish the big plays.

I see more room for error trying to re-design the winged wheel, specially for a one time thing. Icethetics.co has some interesting designs the second logo reminds me of the 96-05 Detroit Pistons logo

Are you talking about the Stadium Series Jerseys alone or including the WC's as well? I think the best ones so far is the Habs and Bruins, and for the Detroit one....well I have mixed feelings about it, I love it because is a Wings jersey, but design-wise felt they could have done more. I think it's pretty neat and really like that modern D with that nice touch resembling the Detroit wing.
