one is points, the other goals... Gagner is one of 11 players to have an 8 point game (4g,4a) Ovie has the PPgoal record... and all this has nothing to do with Larkin´s 500th game

I think this name is too long...

It´s not ok to put the blame on JB. For years he´s trying his hardest to get sacked but SY is reluctant to do so, because there are still doubters out there who believe it´s not his fault. The day the last doubters disappear will be the last day of JB´s NHL career

Larkin will sign an 8year $56.8m contract extension and we will go from there.

found the answer, capfriendly has it wrong. I think the infos on the picture are correct and the written text is wrong...

What have I missed in the Domi trade? Florida gets Domi, half salary retained, a 6th and a throw in for Inamoto? Is Inamoto some hidden star player I don´t know of?

Boeser coming in ? Fits the timeline, worst season so far, could be a nice steal from a shakeup desperate Canuck´s

Hertl signs for 8 years, $8m aav https://www.nhl.com/news/tomas-hertl-agrees-to-eight-year-contract-with-san-jose-sharks/c-331818886?tid=278542340 -
good thing is that we only need top 4 d-men because it looks like we already have two top pair d-men in Seider and Edvinsson. I´m not so sure, at the beginning of this season I would have said yes, but McIsaac´s recent play after a rough start is promising

I know it´s early, but nonetheless worth talking about. In the moment we have 9 picks, a first, 3 second rounders, two thirds and one each in round 4,5 and 6. How many picks will we be able to have come draft day? There are 12 players on expiring contracts, Bert and Hronek will get extensions, that leaves ten potential trade candidates. Darren Helm and Luke Glendening, players I liked from day one, might give us a 4th round pick each at the deadline and will probably be on the roster on cheaper contracts 21/22. Fil, I don´t know, will we get anything in return? I doubt it. Bobby Ryan might be our best horse at the deadline, it looks like he really wants to get his carrer resurrected and if he returns to old highs and scores 15+ goals until TDL, he might garner another 2nd rounder. Gagner,Erne won´t get anything major in return, hopefully we can get a 5th rounder for one of them. Staal and Nemeth might find takers, but only little return expected, more fourth round picks coming? Biega and Merrill have to play real good seasons to be of any worth for us come deadline day. Bernier, depending on performance and other teams needs, might give us another 4th or more? I dont know. So we might end up with 16 picks, add a few we might get through taking on bad contracts, so we probably have 18!!! picks. It looks like the 2021 offseason will be fun.

tough to watch... -
Edvinsson is a year younger than Seider was... It´s really a difficult one but to me Seider´s checking and physicality gives him an edge.
-
Söderblom (1 assist) and Niederbach with 5g each in their last seven.

It´s hard to tell how the roster looks like in 22/23. You never really know what SY is doing next, but I don´t believe that he is going for big name UFA´s, trades are always a possibility though. We need another year of development for our d-prospects. Wallinder, Edvinsson and Johansson are all still a year away from the NHL. I guess Staal is going to get a new contract, maybe Zadorov and the other LD spot will be filled through trade. Edvinsson next year would be nice but I think he needs a really strong finish to the season to make Yzerman think about it.

He seems to have a chance to reach similar heights but to accomplish what Lidström did, is a long way to go

are there still travel restrictions in Cananda?

Veleno centered that line yesterday and as I said, they looked really good.

They played hard for 65 minutes, it was a good game of the whole team. The third line looked good, strong defensively, created havoc and had really good breakaway chances. Can´t wait for Vrana to return, that would give us three good lines up front. Vrana-Larkin-Raymond Guelph line Ras-Veleno-Zadina Ras really has found his game. The last ten games or so he looks like a different player, a lot stronger on the puck , more confidence and finally plays like a 6´6" player. With Veleno and Zadina it´s similar, they both play with more confidence as well and it shows.
