Two-way forward who plays in all zones means defensive specialist to you?

What stat is that? Gusev's CF% is 31.03. Hughes CF% is 45.45. Hughes also has ZERO defensive zone starts, Gusev is being deployed as a two-way forward in all 3 zones, in fact he has only 3 offensive zone starts, and 9 defensive zone starts. So he's worth a 2nd round pick?
