I'd be pretty mad if I was an Ottawa fan They gave up a 2nd, a prospect, and two roster players for Phaneuf. They swapped that out for a 36 year old always injured Gaborik and a guy named drew shore. -

At first glance, Kings win. LA has been trying to unload Gaborik for a minute. Drew shore is Drew Shore. Phaneuf is still a pretty good 2nd pair guy and at 25% off that's even better. Who's Thompson? -

Haven't you heard? Players with NTCs get traded all the time. NTCs basically don't even matter. Just ask @LeftWinger
