Oh I dont think a new coach will suddenly turn things around and make this a playoff team. But it would be nice to feel like you could make a fair assessment on the players we have.

An opinion I am certainly sympathetic to. I want all LHD gone for next season. Walman gets a pass on account of being new.

Edvinsson should definitely be in Detroit next year. Nothing for him to learn in SHL/AHL. Bring Johansson over to Grand Rapids. Wallinder took a huge step this season but I think another year for him in the SHL is the best route. It was only a year ago he was looking like a bust.
