That as long as the relation is proved consensual and both involved are over the age of 15 the age difference doesn't matter. One can be 15 years old, the other 55, and its perfectly legal. The exception is if a person under 18 is in anyway dependent on the older party involved. Like a coach, teacher or some sort of handler.
