    Maybe something gets lost in translation here... Does hazing have to be humiliating and brutal? Dreesing up in womens clothing and have a little too much to drink doesn't soound too bad.

    Like all coaches then. Hazing of rookies has always been part of team sports. And it works for teambuilding. It is also more often than not harmless. Management usually only step in when things go to far or the hazing gets personal or only one or a few gets targeted. As they should.

    This I wonder about, If Peters really threw a punch or dropkicked someone in the booth shouldn't it be known already? It's in the open for everybody to see, right? With multible tv-cameras and mobilephones in the stands behind the bench.
