So in the offseason, I think we need to start talking about a Ben Chiarot 8 year extension. Chiarot-Petry Gostisbehere-Holl Walman-Seider Maata That should work out well for us in 24-25. I think we just didn't play Chiarot and Petry enough minutes and against tough enough opponents. We need to challenge them to bring out their best

I'm with you here. I think it's poor taste to call guys out for not having what it takes and not being able to handle end of the year NHL hockey, and then ice the same team the next game. A good coach would just analyze the weaknesses, and then remove them to the best of his ability. So notice that I'm not saying LaDUMB is a good coach either. He's a moron. The weaknesses (Petry and Chiarot) are in right in front of his eyes causing cycles, penalties, exhaustion, and goals EVERY SINGLE GAME. And yet he seems to play them even more. And if you watch the games, you'll notice that it's not like the top line for the other team is the one that is always cycling and scoring. It's the ones that are going up against Petry and Chiarot. Is the Kucherov line going to put us through 5 minutes of difficult hockey every game where we chase and go on the power play? Of course. That's going to happen if Seider/Edvinsson is on the ice. Good players are going to stress our team. That's just part of hockey. But ALL players stress Chiarot and Petry. And this is apparent through an eyeball test as well as the statistics. They guys are LOUSY. And LaDUMB hasn't benched them yet. Chiarot should be playing 2 minutes a period with Seider and only started in the offensive zone. Petry should be in the ECHL with Toledo. These guys SUCK so bad. And yet LaDUMB continues to give them each 20 minutes a night. This team would be in Toronto's spot right now if we iced our best line up the entire year. But LaDUMB and YzerSCAM think Petry and Chiarot belong in that category. Sucks to see them ruin our season. Worst part is, YzerSCAM appears set to let them ruin 24-25 as well. Somebody please get through to Stevie and give him some Clockwork Orange Style Eyeball Treatment with Petry and Chiarot.
