I dont understand how you can see a 39% corsi for and 40% fenwick defenseman and continiue to let him hurt your team continually. Do the coaches and executives not have access to possession metrics statistics? It's RIDICULOUS at this point.

This Defense STILL SUCKS. Seider gets a bridge deal. 5x4 tops. His numbers arent all that impressive tbh. He's not any better than he was as a rookie, sadly enough. Until his corsi for and fenwick for prove that he's keeping the ice level or tilting it against the league's best, there's zero reason to overpay him. Same goes for Raymond. The move that needs to be made is Ben Chiarot. His possession metrics prove what your eyeball sees - we suck when he's on the ice. He needs to be moved at all costs. Retain half if needed.

Can we get it under control tonight? Lalonde should be on a very short leash for not being able to put together a lineup that can average 3 GAA per game. The goalies suck. The defensemen suck. Too bad. Deal withit and get a left wing lock together that keeps the high quality chances to a minimum. This team is WAY TOO LOOSE right now, and it's embarrassing. Time to right the ship and make good defense first a thing in Detroit.

yah, I knew the signings were going to be shet the second they happened. if the team losing the player has 100% of their fans saying "have him", you dont want him. but yzerman just wont play teenagers, so we had to get somebody. But the yzerplan that everybody is heralding isnt some wizardry that we were all hoping for. It's basically turning out to be "we'll suck until we dont suck", which is a "plan" all of us could have implemented. Seider, Raymond, Edvinsson, Cossa, Kasper, Danielson good drafting by Yzerman, tho. Willgive him credot for knowing which players arent going to be absolute bustaholics (Zadina) from the get go.

That is the dumbest, oldest, lamest, most played, lame ass play a team can do on the power play. Just give it to somebody fast and everybody rush up ice. It's not that hard. Here. You're fast. You take this puck and skate around everybody. Real tough.
