PM me your emails and I'll set up a zoom call for Saturday at intermission of the Maple Leafs game. Let's do this!

Going on record now saying that this guy is a lot better than all of us think. Seems like Stahl has found a nice groove with him. Would like to see Edvinsson paired with him next year. I think they'd compliment each other well.

yes, and round and round we go. People that want to live life like people did the last 2000 years are morons. I see.

I was skeptical for a while because the offensive output was not showing up in the scoresheet. And to be honest, I didn't watch a lot last year because of my streambox taking a dump. But I have ESPN+ now and can watch all the games again. This guy would be picking up lots of points if paired with Mo Seider. So I think the only way to grade him is how well he plays defensively and keeps the opponent from getting cycle time in our end. And he's done A+ work the last 10 games, despite having to carry his pairing a bit more than normal (no offense to Stahl - he's just old). If they pair Lindstrom with Edvinsson, he'll start being able to contribute more offensively.

The media, politicians, and all their little sheep are scrambling real hard right now to explain why we are currently vaccinating against the common cold. "IF you get the 4th shot, you're morel likely to not have severe symptoms from the sigma variant." I love how all the articles have "researchers" and "scientists" in the titles so the permanently stupid can click the check box in their mind without having to think.

Pluses - Bomb Shot, Offensive Hockey IQ Minuses - Skates like he's Quasimodo, looks like he's Quasimodo, Who knows if he can actually play defense - all his highlights are on the power play If we draft in the middle and he's around, I say we take a chance on him. Got the frame, offensive hockey awareness, and overall mobility, so at least he check as few boxes.

Are they coming back this year? I see them in the Let's go Wings logo at the top right of the page. Thought they'd moved on.

The Houston Floods. -
WTF is up with this site? Why can't we get Raymond, Larkin, and Seider in the banner? That shouldn't take more than an hour to reconfigure.

I got Covid in Oct, 2019. We just called it the flu back then, though.

SLAPPIES. I'm about 10% satisfied with Rasmussen. I was expecting him to AT THE VERY LEAST pot 10 goals a year on power play rebounds. He doesn't even play on the power play. I'm ok with him being our 4th line center going forward if he carves out a niche as a shut down guy. That's better than nothing, but he definitely did NOT turn into Esposito Light, as advertised on draft day. I'm about 75% satisfied with Zadina. With a healthy middle of the road team (22-23 Red Wings), he's a .5 ppg player who plays hard in all 3 zones. We all wanted him to be a 40g/80p guy on draft day, but I think we all WAY overshot the expectation on him. We all wanted left handed Lucas Raymond, and we got Slava Kozlov Jr. The good news is that he should slot in the top 9 for us going forward, and he won't break the bank come contract time. Overall, both of these guys deserve a bit of the heat from the fans, but at the same time, both of them are Red Wings and deserve to play in our top 12. So it's not all bad.

This kid's shot is surprisingly heavy. Reminds me of Yzerman's slapper, actually. Not super fast, but lots of rotation on the puck - making it "heavy". Every time this kid's shot hits the twine, it looks like the net is becoming a parachute.

#37 was allowed to do this for about 8 seasons. Why does Zboss only get 2? I miss the shin pad assassin!

Cell Phone, Work Computer! Jonas and I get along great!

Respect your opinion, but I respectfully disagree. I think Lindholm makes really good sense to this team this offseason, while I don't see a lot of others on the UFA board who do. I don't think we're going to be able to offer him the money that would break him away from Anaheim, but I hope we at least kick a tire or two.

Not turning Athanasiou into another Larkin hurt. That potential was there. He needed to be motivated with good line mates and a weight room coach. Athanasiou might be the problem, but the building blocks were there with that guy.

Good point. Drill Kucherov and Hedman. Problem is our whole team is bunch of sissies. Who's gonna do it? You, Lt. Dekeyser? Truth is you want Kocur on that ice. You NEED Kocur on that ice. He uses words like "Let's Go", "Wanna Drop Em", "You got it". You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time or inclination to explain why we need a tough guy to LGW, while you all sleep under the very blanket of HYPE that Dabura provides. I would rather you just say thank you. Either that, or drop your gloves. Either way, I don't give a DAMN what you think you are entitled to. -

That's called "demotion sickness". The writing is on the wall for this guy - From 23 mins a night and 5 mins of pp time with the top 3 forwards to 17 mins a night and 2 mins of pp time with forwards 4 thru 6 = 6 million dollars a year BYE BYE, AND HELLO BRIAN LASHOFF TERRITORY. Sucks, because he should have seen this coming. He got paid, so he shouldn't be a malcontent right now. He should be helping the team win and trying to earn a spot NEXT to big Mo Seider. -
My takeaways from what I've seen so far: 1) Raymond, Veleno, and Seider all need to be up with the big club permanently. They are all green and have all looked shaky with the pace of the NHL at times, but they all have enough talent to take one of the spots on our 23 man roster. 2) Leddy is not a long term solution unless he's a 3rd pairing guy at a better contract rate. Great guy to have for a pp, but a weak spot defensively. 3) Greiss needs to go. This guy looks like he's coming off a 4 year layoff, not a summer break. Move on next season. 4) Bertuzzi-Larkin-UFA needs to be our 2nd line after the 2022 draft. Should take a hard look at Filip Forsberg. 5) We need to suck this year to get Wright to make Zadina-Wright-Raymond our 1st line for the 2022-23 season. A lot of you might not like Zadina, but he is doing just fine for a 21 year old #6 pick. Get used to him improving and playing good hockey for us.

What if we offer this: 2022 2nd Round Pick 2023 First (Protected Top 5 - Gets Moved Back a Year if We Have a Top 5 Pick, Phoenix Gets Our 2023 2nd Round Pick as Compensation) 2024 First (Gets Moved Back a Year if 2023 Pick Gets Moved Back)
