one thing to think about...if Babcock goes to Toronto, there will be no Weiss/Smith for Phaneuf trade. He doesn't like them here, he will definitely nix them coming to Toronto...plus I believe Weiss would never waive his NTC to go where Babcock is...

I would enjoy watching games with the line of Z - Joe - Pulkkamania Pulk is a scorer, he has no use in the bottom 6. God bless Abby, but return him to where he belongs.

here's the worst part of this, Detroit was the better team for 3 games and 55 minutes basically. Mrazek was the better goalie. But all that can be great building blocks. let's hope the coaching situation is taken care of by the draft. -

he should retire...but he won't and plus his cap hit would kill us. But he does not have what it takes anymore to be a #1 center. -

settle down, Stamkos was second in goal scoring in the regular season. Z struggled all year long with his health. He is hurt and he is permanently hurt. Stamkos got extra attention all series long. Z is just too washed up...at least to be a center, maybe get him a young center to play with he can resurrecte his career for the next 4 years. But his playoff performance is in no way related to Stamkis'. They underwhelmed for two different reasons. -

does anyone else agree that Kindl played well? We didn't really miss Kronner and K played just like he should've. Trade E and Q and Smith. Acquire a top guy and keep Kindl in. -

toby, its not about Kronwall and the hit, which was to the head and he left his feet, its more about Palat, Garrison not getting suspended for literally the same thing. Even Shaw on Jackman, I don't give two s***s about Chicago or St. Louis, but its about the NHL being a joke. If none of those hits were not suspension worthy, then neither should Kronwall...

at people blaming Mrazek for last night... I don't blame anyone. Can't even blame the refs. Maybe blame the inept PP, if they had scored a couple more PP goals, they may have won in 5 games... Honestly though, did anyone think that they were going to keep the highest scoring team from scoring all series? Still one game to go, Mrazek is known for giving up very little after a loss and for the love of Gid, who'd of thought we'd even be seeing a game 7? -

so now I can't be proud of my boy Mrazek? I've been pulling for thus guy and hating on Jimmy for 2 years...but I guess if I don't like all Red Wings, I am not a fan. No, I am happy for the team and Petr...BTW the team would've been swept if Jimmy were playing, so ya you're right, they wouldn't be playing right now. I can nit like whoever I want to nit like.
