I quite agree with you there, BUT when Lilja and Kopecky are your "enforcers" you cannot expect anything more. I do agree with you about the tough(er) guys though, and I eluded to this just a bit earlier. If Downey and McCarty are in the lineup and the same 6 guys are on the ice (since Downey and Mac wouldn't be out in that situation to begin with) the same thing happens. If Downey or McCarty just happened to be on the ice, or like I said even the likes of Abdelkader, Ericsson or Stuart, NO WAY that gutless crap goes on. The clucks ONLY do that stuff when the ice s full of Eurpeans, so even having Downey in the lineup wouldn't have changed that because Downey couldn't jump off the bench to pummel Neiderpansification. Now if Downey (or Ericsson) were there and he elbowed one of them, I would expect that the ass-whoopin he would have gotten in return who have been a huge rally point for this team, but Datsyuk getting blindsided and throwing punches with is gloves on doesn't do much for motivation. They should suspend Scott and Datsyuk should start scoring some goals. That would be the rally point they need right now and the NHL needs to show that they are serious about elbows and shots to the head that are blatently, obviously on purpose and with intent to injure. Thanks egroen for that little snipit, I email Gary Bettman with that asing him what the plans are, I am sure I will not get a response or just an automated one. And I am 100% positive that there will be no suspension, which is why I would invoke my "bounty" for the next game (if they are winning big, or losing big.)

I am appalled at by Neiderhosen's viscious elbow on Datsyuk, totally gutless. (By Wizzer's standards) Here is the major difference between Holmstrom's Elbow and Neiderpenis' elbow. We may never know if Homer's elbow was intentional or not, he says it wasn't, if it was he disguised it very well. BUT the difference is, Wizzer is that type of player, he gives and takes those kinds of plays, sure Homer shouldn't have done it, but Wizzer does it too. Datsyuk IS NOT THAT TYPE OF PLAYER and that is why Neiderblowjobber is gutless. The entire team is, they always pull that s*** ONLY when the ice is full of European players (minus Raffi.) They would NEVER pull that s*** if the line of Helm, Cleary, Abdelkader, Ericsson and Stuart were out there, not that that line is a ferosious tough guy line, but they would do ALOT more than just grab on and punch with their gloves on. Kudos to Datsyuk for sticking up for himself, but I have a very hard time beleiving that Neiderhomosexual would have thrown that elbow if that were Abdelkader or Ericsson hanging on to him. well, we know one thing, thanks to the clucks coach, players and most of their fans, we know that the reason the Wings lost tonight had nothing to do with the clucks playing better, but had everything to do with the Wings playing like crap. So, thanks clucks fans and staff for that. Once again, using cluck logic and reasoning, the clucks still sucked tonight, Wings just sucked more. (how much do you want to bet, their story changes and the reason they won is because they played great?)

(of course we still have to finish up business in Anaheim. So I guess for arguments sake (since the Hawks are already in he WCF) until we finish of Anaheim, they have a better shot at winning the Cup. But that is like saying, I lost everything in the Stock market, but at least I didn't invest my own money.))

Good lineup? With Hudler on the 2nd line!??!?! Hudler has no business even being mentioned on the 2nd line! Unless (hopefully) he signs elsewhere. Leino, Helm, Abdelkader, anyone of which can take that rostor spot. Even if we don't re-sogn Hossa, I pray that Hudler is in a new uniform next season. Unless he takes $1.5 million in salary, he is a waste of money.

plenty of cap room, Sammy and Hudler are gone. Along with another player to be named later... ...Hossa will stay for a fair contract. Rich Winter already said cap not an issue. Hossa aint going anywhere. Maybe they can convince Maltby and or Draper to retire.
