If you watch the replay from behind the net, Cleary doesn't even touch the puck. Hiller kicked the puck in. Unless Cleary touched the puck before it landed behind Hiller, that should Zetterberg's goal. So, this argument by the clucks fans is moot. Hey cluckies, you lose, go away now, better luck in 2021!

I quite agree with you there, BUT when Lilja and Kopecky are your "enforcers" you cannot expect anything more. I do agree with you about the tough(er) guys though, and I eluded to this just a bit earlier. If Downey and McCarty are in the lineup and the same 6 guys are on the ice (since Downey and Mac wouldn't be out in that situation to begin with) the same thing happens. If Downey or McCarty just happened to be on the ice, or like I said even the likes of Abdelkader, Ericsson or Stuart, NO WAY that gutless crap goes on. The clucks ONLY do that stuff when the ice s full of Eurpeans, so even having Downey in the lineup wouldn't have changed that because Downey couldn't jump off the bench to pummel Neiderpansification. Now if Downey (or Ericsson) were there and he elbowed one of them, I would expect that the ass-whoopin he would have gotten in return who have been a huge rally point for this team, but Datsyuk getting blindsided and throwing punches with is gloves on doesn't do much for motivation. They should suspend Scott and Datsyuk should start scoring some goals. That would be the rally point they need right now and the NHL needs to show that they are serious about elbows and shots to the head that are blatently, obviously on purpose and with intent to injure. I am appalled at by Neiderhosen's viscious elbow on Datsyuk, totally gutless. (By Wizzer's standards) Here is the major difference between Holmstrom's Elbow and Neiderpenis' elbow. We may never know if Homer's elbow was intentional or not, he says it wasn't, if it was he disguised it very well. BUT the difference is, Wizzer is that type of player, he gives and takes those kinds of plays, sure Homer shouldn't have done it, but Wizzer does it too. Datsyuk IS NOT THAT TYPE OF PLAYER and that is why Neiderblowjobber is gutless. The entire team is, they always pull that s*** ONLY when the ice is full of European players (minus Raffi.) They would NEVER pull that s*** if the line of Helm, Cleary, Abdelkader, Ericsson and Stuart were out there, not that that line is a ferosious tough guy line, but they would do ALOT more than just grab on and punch with their gloves on.
