I agree with the majority hear that you can't chance head injuries and it's the doctors call in such cases and I'm totally cool with that. That said, I wouldn't be shocked to "shockingly" see him in the lineup tonight. I don't think anyone's above media manipulation...and what a admittedly minor-league ***** for Pittsburgh it would be to suddenly have the Playoff goal scoring leader back when they were certain they wouldn't have him at least for game 1. I'm not judging the situation, just saying...I wouldn't be shocked...

If you can handle the chance of not getting a ticket, I'd say it's a safe bet. More often than not you can get great seats at amazing prices if you hold out and play the game right. I rarely pay face in advance for anything anymore. One day when I'm not a college student anymore I'll be reasonable, but now is not the time for that...

Wings in 5. I think we'll take Turco to town, they'll be a bit more worn out and I just don't think they have the mental toughness or tenacity to beat us at this point. They just weem inconsistent as it's gone on while the Wings have just continued to improve and plug holes. Plus we'll be very well-rested heading in. I just can't really imagine Dallas pulling it together enough to outplay us.

Generally Sharp's an idiot and just likes to ruffle feathers. However, I don't really disagree with anything he's said here. I can understand that people might observe a tone whether intentional or not that's somewhat aimed at ruffling feathers and continuing to be controversial on a subject that lends itself to that though. But eh, who cares? It's Drew Sharp. The Pistons were supposed to get swept by the Sixers, the Tigers will finish below .500 and the Wings won't make it to the Cup because we would never be so lucky to face Montreal. I mean, Tigers are still up in the air, but you get the point. And he's not as stupid as most think...he knows damn well what he's doing when he makes his idiotic comments. I watched Lost and had the little PIP thing going in the corner for the game. It wasn't a hard decision b/c I knew deep down that we were going to light them up. No BS either...I think I even posted it somewhere earlier. So I just said, screw it, I'll watch Lost and do the PIP and catch the rest of the game after. Weird episode for the record... And good game. What else need be said? Bring on Dallas!

Wow, loosely knowing Rafalski and knowing people that have known him for quite a long time (he went to our little private school and he was in the same circle of friends that my older friends were in...) I find that rather hard to believe. Maybe a smidge exaggerated, one-sided or out of context? Or maybe just made up...? Not trying to just accuse anyone of lying, but I'm just saying, it sounds a little off to me...
