i did some googlefu while having lunch and found this article https://nypost.com/2023/12/16/sports/gary-bettman-has-not-reinstated-joel-quenneville-after-chicago-scandal/ Seems to be somewhat of an optics issue but also aren't people supposed to get a second chance?
