I have a hard time with this pile on. The kid admitted a mistake he has paid for it, he has done the time etc. We give everyone else a break/second chance. That CNN guy that was jacking off on Zoom in front of colleagues is back on the air. Yet this 17/18 old kid with his whole life/career who said he did wrong doesn't catch a break? I think Marc choosing him was huge and I think the kid is going to be Sunday School clean for a long time and bust his ass to reward the faith in him. I agree that's what is so frustrating on this, is the time lag before coming forward and the potential of multiple times to get out of the situation. I wasn't there and maybe she was drunk/high or he has monster game. But she didn't help her case or others by waiting so long to come forward especially this was right as he was signing a decent contract. I see Blash as that guy in business with a great idea. Builds his company to the point where it's time to go IPO. But after the IPO the board puts someone else to chart the company going forward. Similar I think he might have a way to develop the kids. But when we start moving up the standings I wouldn't be shocked if he is replaced at that point.
