Wasn't exactly an unholy terror, but he was pretty dangerous at times and he was rarely/never dangerous in a bad way (i.e. defensively). Made some good things happen, easily could've had a three-point night. His future looks bright. The HYPE! is real.

I feel like there should be an official asterisk next to Kucherov's stats line this season. Yes, he's put up a ton of points, but at least 80 of those points were gifted to him by the Wings. MOOOOOOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be absolutely thrilled with Kakko and really happy with one of a number of others, so for me it's really just about adding an elite player. Hughes would be ideal, but I wouldn't say it's Hughes-or-bust. PP

I think it's more that Tampa is just that talented. This must be what it felt like to face all those great Wings teams who could sleepwalk through the first two periods and then pull a big win off like it was nothing.
