The good: Joey looked great, recievers looked good, Holt looked O.K., Lehman looked improved from last season. The bad: Defense was horrid, both lines were terrible, Boss looked like his timing was way off. Garcia sucks. Orlovsky doesnt look like he'll ever be starting material. The score: 7-3 Jets

Quite the opposite is true. When you have an excellent fielding team behind you that you can trust as a pitcher thats a big deal. So a great fielding team can be a catalyst for a pitcher. Plus they do save the obvious runs by making great plays. Then on top of the rest an error is the fastest way to turn momentum in a ball game. Fielding, and throwing are the cheapest tools to buy, and with all of their effects how could they be overrated?
