I cannot really remember the last time we scored using the slapshot just after entering the O zone. And I also remember those good old times when Lapoint, Shanahan, Yzerman, Fedorov, McCarty were doing it. -
If they are going to give him 4th line minutes they are not getting the best of Kuzia. He is the best when he is a real part of the team. Knowing Oates, Kuznetsov will be available for the right price soon. I would trade Mantha+ for him. PS I followed his career closely. When something goes wrong, when game is on the line, when you are loosing the most important game of the season you put Kuznetsov on the ice. He usually find a way to score.

there is no question for me 3 scoring lines with one checking line. I do think we have a perfect lines when everyone is healthy Zetterberg - Datsuk - Nyquist Alfredsson - Legwand - Franzen Tatar - Shaehan - Weiss Adelkader - Helm - Miller (Andersson) Jurco is too inexpierenced and I would try Weiss on the wing -
these early games has nothing to do with quality hockey. Both teams looks like they are from AHL.

I just took a look at the last two goals Pulkkinen scored. Those are unbelievable shots. We saved ourselves a better player in this trade. -

almost any center including Legwand can play wing. Most of the wings cannot play center. And we need a center now! Is this so difficult to get? -

we are getting a very reliable center for nothing+Jarnkrock+nothing. Would you like to trade Shaehan instead? Jurco? Tatar? Nyquist? Sproul/Oulette? Pulkkinen is the only only only option and we retained the best player out of Pulkkinen/Jarnkrock. -

This is the first time in many years when I hope Holland does NOT make the trade. There is no way we are getting what we need (1st pair def) without overpaying.

For those saying Datsyuk and Zetterberg should have opted to not participate in Olympics... Have you ever heard about the national pride? There are only few things in this modern world you can't buy and this is one of them.
