They got rid of Beleskey which is great for the Bruins. Edit: Beleskey at 50%... not that good deal after all

At this point I would rather have prospects like Foote, Fabbro... than draft picks as honestly I don't know what we can expect from KH and Wright...

Green for Foote or 1st rounder. I don't think that we can get more (hopefully I'm wrong). LG for 3rd or Leivo Nyquist/Tatar for Fabbro or 1st.

If Dahlin is not available then I would go with Tkachuk before Svechnikov. -

KH needs to leave.... new GM needs to come from outside (Draper is not the answer). If we can't have Yzerman (I don't see why we would be leaving in next 4-5 years as he built great team) then I would go after Julien Brisebois. Gallant was a perfect fit as a coach but we didn't made a move...

That's your point? You can't do better? Either you are watching Errorson's games from 10 years ago, either you are Errorson either you don't realize how this D sucks.

So what's your point? Errorson is great or Def sucks? Keep in mind that Quincey was also one of the better D in Detroit... how he's doing now?

Sad part is that he wasn't the worst D in Detroit... (Errorson). Wondering how our top 4 D Quincey is doing lately...

I could see Yzerman's interest in Green and Mrazek (Budaj is out). I would like to get Foote for Green (maybe small add) but knowing KH trade skills... we could end up with Callahan instead.

I don't think that we will have a Dahlin pick this year but if we can get top 4 pick I would like to see KH do something like: Green (50% retain) for Foote Nyquist + 3rd for Fabbro Howard for Halak and 4th We draft Tkachuk We end up with solid D prospects in Foote, Fabbro, Cholo Nice C prospects in Tkachuk and Rasmussen and we start from there. -

Same was said about Babs and new blood was "needed"... and now we have same issue? Biggest problem/issue is KH. He build a s*** as a team.

Babcock needs to go, KH is a great GM, architect, builder and he needs to stay. With some luck we could end up with 1st draft pick which genius will trade down for couple of 2nd rounder.... KH is unable to rebuild anything as a true builders of Detroit succes are in Chicago, Dallas, Tamba Bay... It's just a bad management when your Def is top 5 most expensive in the NHL and one of the worst at the same time....

If Green keep up putting points like this we will at least have a 1st (2018) and 3rd (2019). Nyquist should be traded, 1st rounder (should not be an issue). Nielsen should be available also, send him To Montreal for 1st rounder and McCarron (career AHL-er). Abdelkader, Helm, LG, Errorson... should all be available as a cap dump. I'm more afraid of KH not selecting Dahlin even if we ends up with 1st overall.
