A little late, bet I spent about an hour and a half to get through 17 pages... I believe, in a deal, the GM should walk away happier then player. That was not true here. This deal isn't great, even considering Holland's arguement, but it's better then Datsyuk walking. Lets hope Yzerman is just as good at doing business as he is at winning cups.

Oops meant to make this my sig, accidently hit send or whateer.

Go Dats Go! And go team!

Things lookin up. Hope we get the Presidents!

Super. I'm ever so slightly happier. Rangers give the jerseys off their backs to fans in the clinching game. Very cool. Jagr just gave a little boy a memory of a life time.

You will see these comparisons to Forsberg in a new light come playoffs.

He's ALWAYS injured in the last games of the season. He should be more careful. Oh wait...

New episodes are being released again, now's a good time to get in touch with an old friend!

His post stuck to the topic. He already grew up, your turn. http://hockeyrodent.com/R1785.HTM <-- Good arguement on expansion, and why things are fine the way they are, or even a little too far. Stick with the article if you disagree with it. Finally, I agree that NY would make a great Champ. They may not be the world champion of fanbase, but they definitely lead the US, which is what we're talking about in the first place. And finally, why does the NHL need a bigger fanbase? Everybody is making more then they are spending, the owners get to continue their outrageously ridiculous lifestyles, and hockey players can support themselves well past their death. I guess they could use another garage full of porsches.

[insert HoH-quality poem about Lilja being awful but the team loving him anyway] I'd like Sammy to score at least once in these last couple games.

An interview with an ice girl: "Something your fellow Ice Girls don't know about you: I can out eat anyone on the team" I got that mixed up for a second.

No that I have CI, I've probably watched about 15 WSH Ovechkins games and 8-10 PIT Crosbys games. I hate two misconceptions: A) Crosby whines. Show me the tape for this, because he is SO in control of his emotions. He goes to the penalty box if he commited the foul, he does not have a pout-ie look on his face. He is a man in a mans game. B) Ovechkin plays defense. If he is in the def. zone at all, he is cherry-picking near the blue line. Only under sustained pressure does he take up his post, and once there he does a decent job. Sidenote: C) Avery is immature and a disgrace to hockey. <-- Once again, prove it while he is wearing a red, white, and blue jersey. He has Personality, not immaturity. He plays games to get inside heads. Focus elsewhere (Tootoo).

I must have your avatar. Where can I find that?

Was* Well, no, he's still freakin fast with boatloads of talent.

That's easy to say, but I kinda disagree. If Yashin wasn't injured, he'd make a good arguement. Lecavlier for finally living up to his potential (and St. Louis had a nice come-back season, too). Iginla and Sakic, same. But Brunette exempifies all of those qualities, he came back from a string of 'eh' seasons to prove he was elite (23rd in scoring). Actually, forget it, Hasek all the way, definitely. Kessel basically had cells malfunction in his testicles, they were fixed, life goes on. I'm sure he would agree that doesn't merit a trophy. He's had enough pats on the back. Lemeiux was different- three kinds of cancer, very painful (Chemotherapy, not radiation, like Kessel), a broken neck and back WHILE STILL PLAYING and winning the Stanley Pie. Then, he came back and dominated aftere like three years. /Tangent Hasek over Kessel. She never said otherwise.

We need one more point or they need to lose one. Then its clinched.

Be fair, when I first got on here, I believe two years ago, I was 14. I said stupid things. I told someone to suck it. Give him a few years to grow up.

Very under-rated in the shootout. He impressed me last season.

*And Blackhawks. Good as done.
