You'll see that most of the time. Not to take anything away from Zata, but he knew he was gonna win. Most players (that score fairly often) would pass for the sure goal. You could tell Cleary wanted that puck; no way was he gonna miss that shot.

If he had a good attitude and a head on his shoulders, maybe. He'd have to grow up a lot and realize that he's playing a team game (sans Crosby). I don't like him, I'd rather have a player that contributes to the hard-working atmosphere. I can't comment on his physical play, because (depite living in Ohio) I haven't seen more than 10 games this year. But I haven't seen anything of the sort and he has no reputation for agressive play.

He had six goals to Langs 3 goals, 3 assists. But yeah, he was our best.

I only have NHL 07, but I play it pretty much every day, so that says something. I played NHL 2K7 once, and it felt too foreign after playing 07 for so long, so I won't give my opinion there.

He could one time it from any angle. He could do a pretty little dance through 8 guys and score. He could go from 0 to 60 in 6 seconds. He couldn't get anyone to donate their knees to him. He had a good run. Besides, we've got a new rocket from Russia. The Russian Rocket... did he get that name cause he was great and fearsome like a rocket, but America eventually chopped him in half (knees) to prevent his skills from going to another team (Ukraine, Iran)? Who didn't love that analogy?

Lidstrom for exceptional talent, leadership, consistent effort, you name it. Oh, indespensibility. Who else can say that? Then comes Hasek, for always giving the Wings a shot, no matter the opponent.

So finally, people that seem like they should be at the top of the points list are... Ovechkin, Jagr, Zetterberg will get there soon. Malkin, too, along with Crosby. Garanteed. And to go back about a year ago, yeah, math does suck I second that, although I really only watch the games, not the chronological feature. I only watched that once. Not that it was bad. Anywho.

I like Lidstrom, too, but he hasn't made the offensive impact he used too (and I haven't exactly been following him, but I know people will freak out over this). I've never liked Forsberg, but he's a big grinder/scorer; Lidstrom costs too much, but so does Forsberg. Who're Detrtoits prospects? Other than Datsyuk and Zetterberg, Howard... I'd like to see a high caliber young guy, someone like Eric Staal for Lidstrom.
