his 14 games in the NHL disproves your statement DD.

I believe that the Sulak pick up be a very shrewd move and will be a good 5/6 guy within a year. I can see a lot of positives in our future upcoming D Corp and the addition of Daley is another helping hand in bringing along the youngsters. A lot will depend on how GRs use the youngsters next year and the confidence that brings when one or two of them get the chance -
Maybe Kenny has a trade in place ref the McCullom signing and he's the back up or the replacement for Coreau stepping up this year , not sure what's going on if Kenny hasn't got something in mind as it is a strange one to say the least.

maybe this is Kenny's new bottom pairing?

Possible targets for GRs tomorrow , Stanislav Galiev, Paul Carey and Justin Vaive.

just seen LUKE WITKOWSKI name mentioned in possible deal with Kenny by some Philly blogger, i know he's a Michigan kid, but 54 NHL games over 3 seasons and 27 yr old, that would be a totally left field pick up.

i believe that Buffalo only traded the rights to Foligno to the Wild.

Which player out there in this year's Free agent pool would be the best high reward to take a chance on? I'm leaning towards Yakupov. I know , he's had plenty of chances to show he belongs in the show but I just feel given the right surroundings he can become what he was projected as, a top end productive scorer.

how about some extra veteran grit for the 4th line ?

A minute-munching defenseman that can be relied upon to provide defensive stability, as well as some offensive dynamic. Skates strikingly well, and is quick to notice small openings where he can initiate puck rushes and passing plays. Possesses solid puckhandling and individual skills. Can really protect the puck with his stocky frame and set of hands. All-in-all, a defenseman that offers a lot of positives at both ends of the ice, and can do all of the little things quite well. This kid is still only 20, is a RH 6' 223lb D and has just put up 75 pionts, all be it in the QJAAAHL but he was a team mate of Svech in the Q. I cant believe he has never been drafted. Maybe something behind the scenes but i would have thought he was worth a look or invite at camp somewhere.

one for the old skool guys ?

its obvious that they feel that Kronners knee isnt going to make it thru another season so they need that extra on ice vet presence just to keep things under some sort of control. Not sure which of the 5or6 we have been linked with id sooner have, tough call. I'd sooner stand pat on the D go with what we have, and try for one of the Grigorenko or Yakupov maybe even both on short term prove yourself contracts. The upside of both of them hitting their potential far out ways having that old voice on the backend. But you know Kenny will get Daley and possably one of the other UFAs mentioned.

I read that one of the blogger s stated we were looking at a NM as well? Don't know if this was a slip of the pen or they knew some inside info. Sure it was Custance that mentioned it. Grauber was the nettie mentioned.
