Hell yeah. I love Knuble, he can take over the forwards and retain Granato and he handles the D. We'll have one of the toughest coaching staffs in the league.

Line combos should be different, if that proves to be better we'll see. More active d-men would be nice too see. I hope, more than anything, we can continue to have good gaps and sticks, but actually hit people. GR was relatively physical from what I watched and heard, would be nice to see us improve our forecheck and corner play with a bitta body contact.

Franson and Green are gonna be well paid gentleman next season.

I'd be disappointed if Mrazek were in net, but McCollum just isn't very good. Lots of good things came out of GR this season. Bring on Blash.

6'2, can play wing or center, as fast as Helm or faster, but actually has hands and serious skill.

Lots of names to like. This draft is deep in talent so I'd be OK with trading back depending on how it shakes out. Been perusing the draft list the past few days, like the looks of Gabriel Gagne and Nicolas Meloche as potential trade back guys. Chabot like people said would be nice at #19 though if he falls there. (Also selfishly want Nathan Noel because he's from Newfoundland)

I see it as Mike doing a solid for Kenny. They have a good relationship, but it's just time for Mike to go elsewhere. He gets paid, we get a 3rd from whatever team and then move to Blashill.

I'd give him time. He looked great last year. The Griffs have too many d-men with Lashoff in GR, so one guy rotates out usually. Been Sproul more of late because GR has been winning and Blash doesn't change winning line-ups.

Here's my problem with Mike. He comes out last night and says "we battled our butts off to get in the playoffs" and "the media didn't pick us to make the playoffs" So in that vain it's a great coaching job. Yeah, not so fast. This team was pushing for tops in the East in February, Mike came out to the media and said this was the best team he's coached since 09 a couple of months ago. Holland picks up 2 guys who, at the time, seemed like great fits. We sputtered down the stretch, what happened to our amazing coach? Yes, Mike is one of the best coaches in hockey. I'll never dispute that, but I think I've heard one to many Babockisms, and I'm ready for a change.
