Well, after picking up reinforcements and with tops in the Atlantic still within our grasp, I can understand the reasoning. These awards don't go to whose deserving however, they go to surprises. So it'll be Lavvy and Poile. -
Montoya was barely able to stand up in net, Luongo returned to the net, and Florida are pouring it on but are down by 1 late in the 3rd. Amazing theater.

People are just looking for ANY reason to be negative. Kenny makes two great trades for the first time in forever, and people still slaughter him. I'm as skeptical of the "kicking tires" and "we like our team" crap, but the man deserves his due. We got better in the last 2 days and have just as good a chance of any team in the East to go on a run. -

When Helm's healthy he probably would bump Pulks, and Jurco should be in over Andersson. Either way, we just helped out our overall forward depth a lot today. -

I think there's a chance. We'll be in on Petry till the price goes to high, I think we'll be in on Zidlicky too, and if Toronto will take money back probably Dino as well. There's definitely reason to watch tomorrow to see if Kenny goes for it. -

Erik Cole keeps coming up, obviously because of the Nill connection. He's a guy if the price was right I'd be happy with. Not sure what other power forward type wingers are available. -
What a road trip. I really hope Kenny makes a move, a piece or two more and we're just as big a threat as any team to win the east.
