I have a feeling tonight is our first W of the year, don't mistake that with confidence in this team, more of an "odds are we are bound to win that first one" mentality. Maybe a 4-2 win in regulation with Howard standing on his head again. Rasmussen gets his first, Vanek, Mantha, Nielsen. Abdelkader will still look like a house elf bred with a troll and take a dumb penalty or two. -
I just saw this after posting up the GDT for tonight. Have fun at the game OP, and drink heavily because we might be in for a rough night.

Maybe we will win a game next week. Not a bad game, Anaheim missing their top 3 forwards and still beat us, but eh. Til next time LGW!

No 3rd period is safe I'll be the first to say it, Jimmy's mask sucks this season. Looks like something they sell in the gift shops, it's just so plain and basic.

They are on pace to combine for 210 goals this season. Mantha has his work cut out for him to catch up to that.

Only in the fact that you are judging his numbers through the first two and a half games this season. It's a long season, but I feel like this is the one he needs to step it up and show his worth, otherwise his value and potential is going to start tumbling. Always give the squad a few early days to shake the rust off and get their crap together a bit.

Man, AA was almost automatic on the breakaway last season, pretty much fatal if he got a clean break. He can't seem to find the net at all so far this season.
