Pretty sure AA is AHL bound after this miserable effort tonight. This Z line tonight seems to be doing nothing together, a couple chances early from Nyquist is all I can really think of.

Helm looked drunk in that pass attempt. This reminds me of that South Park episode where they are trying to lose their baseball games so baseball didn't cut into their summer break if they made playoffs.

You're giving our team too much credit, he's a 1st liner on Detroit and a career 3rd liner at best on virtually any other team in the NHL. I do feel like we win this tonight, something like 5-2. Z has a strong night an Baby Bert gets a couple points. AA emerges with at least a couple and a strong game also. Larkin does Larkin-like things and gets at least a goal. LGW!! HYPE!!

Larkin, Z, AA, Frk, Mantha, Bertuzzi top 6 would produce some offense. Bit of a dive by Larkin, he snapped his head back and the stick was 2 inches from his face, never made contact.

Look at that, scoring chances with Frk and AA on the ice. Who woulda thunk it? Bertuzzi is having a solid game, let's stick him on the 4th line too.

AA screwed up, but he got his stick in to save this from being 3-0 I think we need to draft a ginger goalie, it's working out for both NJ and Toronto.

This still stuns me as they were so incredibly close to making it to the cup final last season. This is part of the reason why I love hockey so much though, it's not the Patriots in the final, or the Warriors Cavs every single season and it's not stupidly predictable.

Eager to see this newly rebuilt Devils team, seems like they got their act together quick in NJ to become respectable again. Last two times I made a negative prediction we won, so i'm calling 6-1 Devils.

I cleaned up a lot of the mess and sent our friend packing, but please, and I urge you, report content like this in the future and we will respond a lot faster than just stumbling across this stuff browsing through the forums. Matt doesn't pay time and a half for Christmas so yes, we were on holiday yesterday. I tried to not remove anything of substance but the last half page or so was just bickering so apologies if your post was deleted. Carry on my wayward sons.
