    I always love how Ken Daniels brings up how Ericsson was the last pick in his draft whenever he gets the chance to like he's some sort of top pairing defenseman or something. Yeah I get that most players drafted that late don't end up staying in the NHL if at all, but Ericsson sucks so it's not really saying much.

    Yep, our defense is shockingly bad. Yeah it hasn't been that good since Lidstrom retired, but this year.... they constantly look flustered and get trapped in their end a lot also, what a mistake signing Green.

    NHL Gamecenter/NHL TV has blacked out so many games lately.

    Maybe as long as we have a playoff streak going on? Wish I could ask Ken Holland how long he will be content with being a playoff bubble team. Our defense has been noticeably mediocre since Lidstrom retired. I'm really trying to be objective but our D has some serious shortcomings. I didn't think we would be this bad on offense. Negative goal differential.
