Yeah, all the same for me too haha. The girlfriend and I decided to be spontaneous and get some nosebleed tickets off stubhub as well. 170 each. Definately not worth it. I would agree about Ottawa, even people who live in Toronto will travel there as its cheaper. Been to the Joe twice, going to try and go next season before they shut it down

You are from Sudbury too, I see. Paid $200 to see the Wings in Toronto in the middle of they're 9 wins out of 10 games streak. OF COURSE, they lost the one i went to haha Back on topic though, It seems its very common for wings fans to show up as visitors in every arena. I think most people are used to it and even expect it

Pretty pumped about pulks, IMO he is an immediate upgrade over franzen so I think we get better here. Hopefully Babs puts pulks right into franzens spot so he has a chance to prove himself. Obviously, we don't know what he can do at the NHL level so we'll see how it goes but it looks promising. Just saw that it was from that hit.... I know some of these injuries arent preventable but my god Franzen is as soft as it gets.

For what its worth, I wore my wings jersey at the ACC and didn't even get a comment. Actually, a few wings fans talked to me and thats about it

I'll go out on a limb and say we don't want any defencemen from Edmonton -
our defense has been good because we have 5 defensive defenceman. Its good that babs is using what he has effectively, but we still need another solid offensive defenceman in order to make the next step

yeah sweet goal, not sure why that defenceman is playing the puck on ovi like that. Personally, i preferred Bobby Ryan's goal a few games ago; was just such a clean goal

yeah your right, but both factors obviously come into play when teams are handing out contracts they can't afford.

yes it is an overpayment but why would they trade theyre best player for anything else? I'm not saying I'd do this at all its just likely what it would take Hall is an elite player.

Yeah this sucks our defence gets alot worse when anyone other then Kindl gets injured. -
He won't play for 500k...its not every european players dream to play in the NHL. He can get more money at home, why wouldnt he? He wouldnt even play for 2M or whatever we offered him to stay in detroit.

Yep, true statement. Probably because hes getting up there in terms of high calibre goalies; players will be looking at his film more often and seeing they can park a bus in his five hole
