They have to figure out how to get the puck out of the zone. Tampa is obviously not going to make it easy. That goal is a direct result. Quit dicking around in the D zone. Figure it out. -

I wonder if telling Zidlicky that he should not turn the puck over at the blue line and let the opposition behind him, alone, with the puck is the equivalent of saying.... "don't think about elephants"..... -

Barely making the playoffs is always much better than barely missing them. Not the most ideal situation in doing so, but I'll take it considering the aforementioned alternative. -

And yet, as far as a per game goal scoring rate.... Dan Cleary's one goal in 16 games still puts him above Tomas Jurco's 3 in 62 and Joakim Andersson's 2 in 65.... and he's not far behind Drew Miller's 5 in 79. -

I think the point was that Roloson hadn't done that before either and he wasn't a better goaltender than Howard is. So, your use of Roloson as an example arguably points toward it being at least as possible for Howard to play that well.
