Best episode yet aired tonight. I'm almost more pumped for the season finale than the actual Winter Classic.

Thank God Hudler picked it up because Mursak is gunning for his job with the way he's playing.

I'd say it took time down low on the power-play instead of riding the point. Whatever, though, I'm just glad he's putting 'em away.

You're incorrectly lumping me in with those who "like to say Hudler scored no points at even strength" and/or "only scored on the PP". How you came to that conclusion from "if I recall correctly, an insane amount of his points were scored on the power play back when he was with us last" is beyond me, and what I said isn't false. DragonballGTZ was kind enough to go back and look at the numbers and verified that 49% Huds' points came on the PP last time he was with us. That's well above average. And for the record, 75% of his points are on the PP this year.

He looked good tonight. Played with confidence and contributed positively on that backcheck in the first, as well as leading to a powerplay opp for the Wings. I look forward to seeing this kid more often.

Its fitting that he gets number 400 on a game where he certainly deserved it. I'd much rather it be this way than him getting it months earlier on a not so Ozzie-like game.

Five bucks says Datsyuk practices deking and shooting with just his left hand and within the first week of his return he makes a defensman and/or a goalie look absolutely stupid with only one hand.

I absolutely love this miniseries.

Zetterberg and Franzen haven't been scoring the way they should be this year, Filpulla isn't playing to his potential, and everyone is well aware of Huds' problems. There's plenty of OPPORTUNITY for the above four to turn things around and really start firing on all cylinders, and I expect they'll be the ones that Babs targets to take the brunt of Dats' ice time. We'll be fine. We have enough leadership to lean on and compared to last year, having Dats and Modano out is a cakewalk.

I think nobody will be called up and Babs will give Draper a solid spot on the bottom line. Abby, Helm, Eaves, and Miller may all get opportunities on the second/third line while Babcock finds chemistry for everyone.

A sling would be to keep the hand elevated to keep the swelling controlled. The shoulder is most likely fine.
