dallas27 7 Report post Posted July 1, 2008 Went to Frankenmuth to golf. You may know the Bavarian Inn has some peacocks. My cousin and me go into town to try and find a 7-11 so we can buy beer and sneak it in. We walk a mile uphill and find one. They don't have beer. The guy knew we were some city slickers so he told us there was a Kroger a couple blocks away. It was another mile. I told my cousin it's too late to turn back now even though it might be closed. It wasn't. They had a walk-in beer freezer. We pranced around like little school children once entering it. We hoped there were some video cameras in the freezer so they could see how happy we were. We had schemed that we were going to steal a cart and use that to hold the beer. We figured it wouldn't be good if a cop went by and saw us rolling a cart full of beer down main street. We went by the haunted old school house and sat there deciding if we wanted to go in. We ended up not because we didn't want the beer to get warm. It did look haunted though. And it is supposed to be haunted with little children. That's not cool. We walked by a fountain where children were holding hoses or something that the water was going out of, it turned off as we walked by. Little freaky. We finally get there but have to cut through the courtyard. So we are walking and talking for a few minutes abd we here a LOUD, LOUD noise that scares the s*** out of us. I grab my cousin by the arm and push him back so I can access the situation. I finally see a large white object. It was the peacock. Second time I was ever scared s***less. We were so happy to make it back after a 4 mile walk and wanted one of our hard-earned beers that we completely forgot about the peacock. If you have heard a peacock it's an interesting call. Maggie Erika Jackie Dylan Kylie Kara Gavin Connor Rachel Scotty Braxton Olivia Madelynn Patrick Katelynn Hannah 16....... then I had to go work tonight too haha. which I apparently served the coach of the MSU basketball team? haha. gave him and his kids their ice cream. then a group of like 13 year old boys on bikes came up and started freaking out. and asking him if it was him then taking pics of him with their cell phones haha.
