Matt 1,049 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 From Bruce MacLeod: http://redwingscorner.blogspot.com/2007/05...snt-travel.html Guerin didn't fly with the team yesterday out to Detroit. It's pretty safe to say he's out for Game 5.
Viperar 16 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 hope he gets better, and while i know everyone thinks this isnt a big deal because of his lack of scoring as of late, thats one less guy under the radar we have to worry about now
Winged Scooter 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 That puck to the face was pretty nasty, I hope he's okay...

He's one of their forwards that is playing like dog-doo.

NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 The way he's been playing, I don't know if thats a good thing for the Wings or not.
Firehawk 305 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 Any chance someone could fire a puck at Thornton's face? just kidding . I'd rather the wings beat a SJ team at the top of their game with few injuries than beat them because their key players are out.
gowingsgo 3 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 We missed Homer for 4 games....

Detroit didn't have Homer until Game 4, and are still without Lebda. Kronwall hasn't even played in the postseason due to injury. Trust me, the Wings have the short end of the stick. BigJoeFan 0 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 He got up pretty quickly considering how fast it came at him and where it hit him. He's a trooper!! He'll be back for the end of the series!!
RockyMountainWingGal 108 Report post Posted May 4, 2007 I'm sure he'll be back for game 6. SInce he's not playing that well, this shouldn't hurt the Sharks too much. The one I can't figure out is Patrick Marleau, I really thought he'd make an impact in this series, but I'm very glad he's not! Maybe he's a closet wings fan, hehe
